Terms and conditions

1. Choose your date and time.

2. Pick your service package and crockery from the catalog according to your event: go to our Package tab to know more about our prices, the Crockery tab to see the decoration we have for your table, in our Menu tab to choose among the packages, whatever you like the most and enjoy our photo Gallery.

3. Select a location. In the comfort of your own table at your place, your backyard, your pool, a nice park or even the beach (here we suggest two beautiful and quiet places right for you).

4. Add anything you want, such as: hats, fans, extra drinks that you will find in our booking form.

5. Make your reservation for the date and time you want to have your gathering, and once you receive our confirmation of availability for your event, we require a non- refundable 50% of the payment. The remaining amount plus a U$100 dollars for damage deposit (which would be reimbursed at the end of the event if nothing gets damaged) must be paid at the latest 5 days prior to the event. We take payments by Zelle and we also take credit cards.

We won´t make any preparation for your picnic if we have not received your final payment 5 days before your gathering.

If you need to re program your event, contact us 72 hours/3 days before the scheduled event. You have to re schedule within the next 60 days.

6. We require the reservation request no less than a week before. Any reservation made with less than a week must be paid in full and in advance. Every reservation request, must be confirmed before the payment by Buona Vita Events.

7. For every outdoor event, the weather will be checked by Buona Vita Events before any confirmation, only in extreme cases, where weather wouldn´t allow the gathering, this will be postponed or cancelled as accorded with the customer.

8. We carry out events in Tampa and near cities approximately 30 miles around. Also St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole, Lakeland, Plant city. If you are located outside the 30 miles range from our headquarters, an extra U$ 60 dollars fee will be charged.

9. If you book your picnic with less than 24 hours, we will charge a 20% urgency fee.

10. We do not leave picnics unattended and we ask of you the same courtesy; you are responsible of ALL the items in the picnic until we arrive to pick them up.

11. If by any chance you wish to leave early or end you event before the stipulated time, you ought to notify us either by phone or text message at least 30 minutes before.

12. If you are late for your event, we will not extend the time of your picnic. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we make use of our right to pack and neither re schedule nor refund any money paid for the event. It is possible that we might have other events where we should go and we are not able to wait until you arrive. Please be punctual.

13. Damage or loss of accessories: the customer agrees to be careful in preserving the property stated in the Buona Vita Events inventory. The customers are responsible for any damage or loss of the inventory to and including the actual cost of every item that needs to be replaced; this is the reason why we charge a totally refundable U$ 100 dollars deposit to be returned 48 hours after the picnic in case of any mishap. Normal wear and tear will not be taken into account.

14. For indoor events you do not have to wash anything. We will do it for you. The only thing we require is that all plates be free of food debris so we can pick them up swiftly. We also ask of you to be careful with the small pieces such as cutlery so they won´t end up misplaced.

15. A detailed inventory of the items to be used will be given to you and this will be check at the end of the event to confirm they are all complete.

DISCLAIMER: The customer will not hold accountable Buona Vita Events or its employees directly or indirectly for any incident, accident or injury that may occur before, during or after the event. The customer is responsible for its own behavior and the guests’ behavior. The customer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the equipment and items required for the event from himself and the attendees.
